Gaddiel Essuman‑Acquah

I build internal tools, integrations, and AI-augmented workflows for back-office teams in regulated environments, the kind where things have to be right the first time. At GTBank I lead the data workstream for our Finacle core-banking migration: 4M+ customer and account records reconciled across branches and currencies without a single data incident. The chat in the corner runs the same RAG stack as a self-hosted prototype I built to learn end-to-end on-prem AI patterns.
